Customizable Grammage & Width Evaporative Cooling Pad Raw Paper Rolls

Our cooling pad base paper jumbo roll is manufactured from 100% virgin softwood pulp. With high water absorption and excellent evaporation efficiency, it is the ideal raw material for producing honeycomb evaporative cooling pads.

We support customized grammage ranging from 90 to 110 gsm, and roll width from 740 mm to 1100 mm. Multiple color options including brown, light brown, white and green are available to meet different production requirements.

The 95gsm standard grade has stable tensile strength, proper thickness and moisture rate. Water absorption height can reach more than 57mm per 10 minutes. All physical indicators are stable for mass production of cooling pads.

This base paper is widely used for ventilation and cooling systems on livestock farms, poultry houses, greenhouses and industrial factories. After processing, it can be made into evaporative cooling pads to reduce ambient temperature effectively.
