In today's life, there are many applications for cooling pads. What is the reason? Why are cooling pads so important?
First, the cooling system:
- The "cooling pad negative pressure fan" cooling system consists of a paper porous cooling pad, a water circulation system, and a fan. When unsaturated air flows through the porous wet screen, a large amount of water evaporates, converting the sensible heat reflected by the temperature in the air into latent heat of vaporization, thereby lowering the temperature of the air itself. When the fan exhausts, the cold air cooled by the cooling pad will be continuously introduced into the room to achieve the cooling effect.
- The cooling of the cooling pad chiller is achieved by continuously pumping water through the circulating water pump and evenly spraying it onto the evaporation filter layer via the water distribution system. This allows outdoor hot air to exchange heat with the water through the evaporation heat exchanger (evaporation cooling pad). Cooling is accomplished by evaporating water, and the clean air is then pressurized into the room by a low-noise fan to achieve a cooling effect.
Second, the humidification system:When used as a humidifying medium, cooling pads are mainly utilized in special industries such as plantations and greenhouses that require high humidity. Due to the cooling pad's characteristics of water absorption, water resistance, fast diffusion speed, and high efficiency, it is very suitable for adjusting indoor humidity.
Third, the filtration system: The cooling pad also has ventilation, ventilation, and corrosion resistance. It has a good filtering effect on the dirt in the air. It is an environmentally friendly material that is non-toxic, odorless, clean, humidified, and cooled. It is also a medium for air purification and filtration.
