The cooling pad wall consists of two parts: the water curtain and the frame. According to the thickness of the water curtain, it can be divided into 10 cm and 15 cm. According to the frame material, it can be divided into aluminum alloy, stainless steel and stainless steel. The water curtain wall with a thickness of 15 cm has a better cooling effect because the path through the water curtain sheet is longer when the external hot air passes through the water curtain sheet. Stainless steel curtain walls are low in price and poor in quality. The main reason is that stainless steel is prone to rust and rusts frequently in a year or so, which inevitably leads to water curtain wall leakage.

The maintenance of the cooling pad does not require cost, but dedication. For example, stop the fan 30 minutes after the pump stops and ensure the cooling pad is completely dry. After the system stops running, check if the water in the water tank is empty and avoid prolonged immersion at the bottom of the cooling pad. Always keep the water clean and prevent algae or other microorganisms from growing on the surface of the cooling pad. Additionally, in areas where the cooling pad is not used seasonally, rodenticide can be sprayed under the cooling pad to enhance the rodent net and prevent rodent damage.
